Cartier-Bresson's Calidris mauri

A beautiful pair of Western Sandpipers (Calidris mauri) sifting through the tide pools in the early morning on Big Dume beach. The use of pairs in the composition is inspired by the photographic mastery of Henri Cartier-Bresson.
